COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Hi there,
How are you guys :)?
In here, we are not really talking about pizza, but about our opinion about this world's disaster. It’s almost a month now since we quarantined ourselves for a better future. This time, the word pandemic, COVID-19 or coronavirus sounds very familiar, and with that fact, it is very disturbing. Now, we better do our job well: you know what it is, right? To stay at home, going out only for urgent things and while going out, remember to do the physical-distancing with other people, put on your cloth mask in public, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, do your work at home and please, stay positive—we’re in this together.
As a growing pizza company, we’re also taking our part in donating to those superheroes we need the most today. Yes, we’re talking about your online drivers and similar small business by selling our t-shirt—you get the t-shirts, they get the help they need. And don’t worry, of course, we do care about our medical workers; doctors, nurses, hospital staff and we’re hoping to help them soon by letting them try our pizzas! Please wish tons of luck for that.
Yes, we need to keep going cause we hate the fact that if we’re not working, the reality will be we need to cut loose some people in our store and it’s the last thing we want to do. We establish Sliced Pizza at first to become not just a pizza business but also a hub, a community, a family. In these tough times, we see a lot of uncertainties created by the COVID-19 pandemic and we want to be able to provide full support for our family, the Sliced Pizza family. We understand the economic challenges faced by the people behind the brand and we want to ensure that we always got their back.
For you who has been privileged to work from your home and need some slices of pizzas (or a whole pan, maybe?) don’t worry, we got your back. We’re still open and making the best pizzas in town as usual. We’re open from 11 am to 9 pm every day (delivery only!) and we’ll make sure that we keep your food clean by making sure everything’s clean from your packaging to your online driver who picks up the food (we’ll remind them to wash their hands and use their masks).
Let’s make things better for the world together, let’s pray and do our best to make this virus go away forever.
We will learn from this disaster, we will learn something from it so we can respect the earth much better when it's done. Stay safe with your family and yes, we miss you so much.
